Workshops & Seminars:

Since most of the Tibetan journalists are not formally educated. ATJ for the last 10yrs has organized basic news reporting to technical hands on workshops to Tibetan journalists with the help of grant funds. Awards:

ATJ has started a “Fearless Speaker Award” in 2007 to honour and appreciate the undying strength of a Tibetan Journalist in Tibet as well as in Exile. The first award was presented to Mrs. Tsering Woeser for her writings under the Chinese Occupation.
